When people think of Pac-Man, most remember an 80’s arcade game, but for Dominik it is one big shimmery cloud of nostalgia. A grey bunch of memories rotating around hours after hours in front of pixelated screens in smoke-drenched pubs with his father that would be rewarded with an irretrieveable feeling of felicity and screeching red eyes. Also, the main characters of the game were first introduced in 2016 as part of ASIT WARS.

For those who don’t know: Pac-Man (jap. パックマン, Pakkuman) was born in May 1980 and became a worldwide gaming hit soon after. A special collector’s-card version of Choker in Japanese pays tribute to the roots of the original game and emphasises the artist’s sweet spot for Japanese culture.
